Terms
All quotes are given over the phone or in person at the shop. Prices are confirmed at fitting once we've seen the garment.
Payment is taken in full on collection. We accept cash and bank transfer. A deposit may be requested for bridal or large orders.
Please bring the shoes and undergarments you'll wear with the finished garment. Fittings are private, by appointment only, and missed appointments may delay completion.
Garments should be collected within 30 days of completion. After this time we cannot guarantee storage and items uncollected after 6 months may be disposed of.
We take great care with every garment, but cannot be responsible for damage to items where the original construction or fabric is unsuitable for the requested alteration. Where this is a risk, we'll discuss it with you before starting work.
